First of all, the product is as it looks. The other thing: I ordered on the 5th and received it on the 13th. The sender wrote my address incompletely and didn't leave a phone number, so it wasn't sent out for delivery. I kept writing to find out about my package, but it wasn't taken seriously and no one followed up :)
