Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the condition received, with tags, accessories, and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Requesting a return

Email bayrak.accessories@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items without authorization. Approved returns are sent to our United States return-processing address in Florida 33702; the complete address and instructions are provided with the return authorization.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs and secure packaging unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety, pierced earrings cannot be returned after their sealed packaging has been opened. Customized, personalized, made-to-order, used, altered, clearance/final-sale items, gift cards, and items returned without authorization are not eligible unless defective or otherwise required by law.

Damage, defects, and wrong items

Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and provide photographs of the package, shipping label, and item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Refunds

We notify you after the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing may take 5–10 business days after approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
