Shipping Policy
Orders ship from Turkey to customers in the United States. Standard U.S. shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. Estimated U.S. carrier transit is 7 business days. Express Shipping is $30, with estimated U.S. carrier transit of 3 business days.
Dispatch, transit, and delivery
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Turkey time (Europe/Istanbul) are handed to the carrier by 2:00 p.m. that day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Turkey time are handed to the carrier the following morning. This is our dispatch schedule from Turkey; it is not a next-day delivery promise to the United States. Standard and Express business-day estimates refer to carrier transit and are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery timing may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, peak periods, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control. Available shipping methods, charges, taxes, discounts, and the final total are shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking and address accuracy
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
Customs and import charges
We cover customs duties, import taxes, and related import-clearance fees on orders delivered to the United States. The total you pay at checkout is all you will pay for your order—no additional customs, import, or carrier fees are due when it arrives. Standard U.S. shipping is free. If you choose Express Shipping, the $30 charge and any applicable sales taxes are shown at checkout before payment.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or damage, email bayrak.accessories@gmail.com with your order number. For visible damage or an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the package, label, and item.
