Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared and shipped from Turkey to customers in the United States. The active United States checkout method is Standard Shipping — estimated 14 days.

Processing and delivery

Order processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, peak periods, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control. Available shipping methods, charges, taxes, discounts, and the final total are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking and address accuracy

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Customs and import charges

Unless a charge is expressly included in the checkout total, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government/carrier charges are the customer's responsibility.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or damage, email bayrak.accessories@gmail.com with your order number. For visible damage or an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the package, label, and item.
