How long does U.S. shipping take?

The active U.S. checkout option is Standard Shipping, estimated at 14 days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Order processing is separate from carrier transit, and customs or carrier delays and other circumstances may affect timing.

Could I owe customs or import charges?

Unless a charge is expressly included in your checkout total, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government or carrier charges are your responsibility.

Returns

Can I request a return?

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, in the condition received, and include its tags, accessories, and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How do I start a return?

Email bayrak.accessories@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Please wait for authorization and return instructions before sending an item. Approved returns are processed in Florida, United States; the complete return address is provided after approval.

Who pays return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs and secure packaging unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
