These Terms govern your use of bayrakaccessories.com and purchases from BAYRAK LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the store.

Store and product information

We aim to present product photographs, colors, materials, variants, descriptions, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings, lighting, handmade details, and production batches may cause reasonable variation. We may correct errors and update information without prior notice.

Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods, shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and final totals are shown at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill; any captured amount for a canceled order will be refunded.

Shipping, title, and risk

Orders ship from Turkey. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Shipping, customs, import charges, address issues, delays, loss, and damage are handled under the Shipping Policy and applicable law.

Returns

Returns, exclusions, refunds, exchanges, and damaged or incorrect items are governed by the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use
